To begin making the Italian Chicken Cacciatore Recipe, first prep all the ingredients, including removing skin from the chicken, making the tomato puree and chopping the remaining ingredients

Once done, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat

In the same pan, turn the heat to high and add the wine and bring it to a brisk boil and allow it to reduce a little
