To begin making Chickoo Puree, you have to first choose the freshest and ripe fruit

The riper the fruit, more the nutrition

Cut the chickoo into 2 halves and using a spoon, scoop out the fleshly insides and place them aside

Do remove the seeds and discard them

Add the scooped out chickoo flesh and add it to a small blender

You can alternatively, use the back of a fork to whisk the chickoo flesh into a smooth puree
