Coorg Style Kaad Manga Curry Recipe -Sweet & Spicy Mango Curry
A vegetarian Coorg recipe with mango (ripe) - small variety, green chillies - crushed (adjust to taste), jaggery. Ready in 30 min, serves 4.

To begin making Coorg Style Kaad Manga Curry Recipe, first wash the ripe mangoes
mango (ripe) - small variety(4)sprig curry leaves(1) - 2
Using a knife to remove their tip and lightly make 2-3 vertical cuts on each mango to help cook better
mango (ripe) - small variety(4) - 3
Take a sauce pan, cook the mangoes with sufficient water, until they are soft and cooked thoroughly on a medium high heat

When the color of the mango peel appears soft, you know they are cooked
