Curry Fried Quinoa Rice Recipe
A vegetarian Indian recipe with quinoa - cooked beforehand, brown rice - cooked beforehand, carrots (gajjar) - finely diced. Ready in 40 min, serves 4.

To begin making Curry Fried Quinoa Rice Recipe, mix the cooked quinoa and brown rice in a bowl
quinoa - cooked beforehand(2 cups)brown rice - cooked beforehand(1 cup)sprig curry leaves(1)whole eggs - whisked in a bowl(2)curry powder(1 tablespoon)brown sugar (demerara sugar)(0.1 teaspoon) - 2
Break down the lumps with your hands and mix it well

Heat a little oil in a pan and swirl it around the pan to coat

Add the onions and peppers in the wok and saute it for another 30 seconds
red bell pepper (capsicum) - diced(1/2 cup)onions - chopped(1 cup)black pepper powder - to taste - 11
After 30 seconds, add the remaining vegetables which are peas and carrots
carrots (gajjar) - finely diced(1/2 cup)green peas (matar)(1/2 cup) - 12
Saute the vegetables on high heat for about a minute or two until they vegetables are half cooked

Add the curry powder, soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper
