To make Dhingri Peas, first make ginger garlic paste and keep it aside
green peas - steam(1/4 cup)bud garlic(4)inch ginger(1) - 2
Now add poppy seeds, cashew and a little water in a mixer
poppy seeds(1 tablespoon) - 3
Make a paste and keep it separately

Now soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes and keep them aside
soy chunks(1 cup) - 5
Now heat oil in a pan

Add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for 1 minute
bud garlic(4)inch ginger(1) - 7
Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder and let it cook for 2 minutes
tomato puree(2 cups)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 8
Now add peas, soya chunks, mushrooms and let it cook till the mushroom becomes soft
button mushroom(400 grams)green peas - steam(1/4 cup)soy chunks(1 cup) - 9
After the mushrooms become soft, add garam masala, cashew poppy poppy paste, salt, red chili powder and mix
button mushroom(400 grams)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)poppy seeds(1 tablespoon)salt - as per taste - 10
Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes

Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
green peas - steam(1/4 cup)sprig coriander - finely chopped(4) - 12
Serve Dhingari Peas along with Spinach Raita and Pudina Tawa Paratha for dinner
