    To make gawar vegetable, first heat the oil in the cooker

    Add mustard seeds and add cumin seeds after 10 seconds

    After adding cumin, add asafetida, turmeric powder, garlic, onion, red chili powder, ginger, coriander powder and mix

    Cook for 15 seconds and then add tomatoes and gwar and mix

  5. 5

    Now add salt and add 1/4 cup of water

  6. 6

    Cook till 1 city comes and then let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes

    Garnish with green coriander after cooking

    Serve Gavar vegetable along with Garlic Dal and Phulka for dinner
