To make Gobi koftas, we will first make Koftas

Put the ingredients for the koftas in a bowl

Add some water and mix well

After mixing, make pakoras and keep them aside

Heat oil in a pan

Add pakoras to it and cook till it turns brown

Take out the kitchen towel so that more oil is released

Add long, bay leaves, big cardamom and cinnamon

After 1 minute, add ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 to 8 minutes

After 5 to 8 minutes, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and cook it for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes, reduce the flame and add yogurt

Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes

Now add the koftas and cook for 2 more minutes

Turn off the gas after 2 minutes and garnish with green coriander
