Combine butter, cocoa, oil, flour, salt, sugar and eggs in pan and bring to a boil.

Then mix the buttermilk, soda and vanilla with above mixture.

Pour in pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake pulls away from side of pan.

Bring to a boil, while stirring.

Remove from heat and add 1 box of confectioners sugar.

Frost cake after is has cooled.
