To begin making the Lehsun ki Chutney - Spicy Garlic Chutney,combine the garlic, chillies, cumin seeds, lemon juice, water and salt to taste in a blender and blend to make a smooth chutney
garlic - peeled(1/2 cup)-10 dry red chillies(8)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)lemon - juiced(1)water(1/4 cup)salt - to taste - 2
Transfer the Lehsun Ki Chutney into a bowl and serve

You can store the Lehsun ki Chutney -Spicy Garlic Chutney in a glass jar and serve as desired

You can also add a little water before serving to make the Lehsun ki Chutney have a little saucy consistency
