    Transfer the crumb to a wide bowl

    Add melted butter, caster sugar and lemon zest to the crackers crumb

    Mix well with your fingers

    Line a Rectangular Tart Pan with parchment paper

    Transfer the crumb to the pan and press it tight into a very firm even layer

    Place it in fridge for about 30 minutes to set

    Place it on stove,and heat it with constant stirring until agar powder dissolves and starts to thicken up
