A high protein Mediterranean recipe with raw peanuts (moongphali) - boiled, tablespoons mango (raw) - grated, tablespoons sesame seeds (til seeds). Ready in 25 min, serves 1.

To start making Boiled Peanut Hummus, add all the ingredients to your food processor except water
raw peanuts (moongphali) - boiled(1 cup)water(4 tablespoon) - 2
Pulse couple of times to breakdown all the ingredients

Add water little by little and process until the hummus is coarse or smooth and creamy based on your preference

Tranger the ingredients to a serving bowl, drizzle a little more olive oil (optional) on the top, sprinkle some chili powder or herbs and serve
cumin powder (jeera)(1/4 teaspoon)a pinch kashmiri red chilli powderextra virgin olive oil(2 tablespoon) - 5
Serve the Peanut Hummus along with Crispy Lavash or Multi-Grain Crackers as a party appetizer
