How to Make Mughlai Style Chicken Haleem Recipe at Home

- boneless chicken— 300 grams
- chana dal (bengal gram dal)— 3 tablespoon
- rice— 1 tablespoon
- broken wheat (dalia/ godumai rava)— 3 tablespoon

- ginger garlic paste— 1 teaspoon

- sunflower oil— 1 tablespoon
- ghee— 3 tablespoon
- cumin seeds (jeera)— 1 teaspoon
- ajwain (carom seeds)— 1 teaspoon
- whole black peppercorns— 1 tablespoon

Soak chana dal, broken wheat, rice separately

In a saucepot add oil
