- green peas (matar)— 1 cup
- coconut milk— 1 cup
- spring onion (bulb & greens) - finely chopped— 1/2 cup
- sprig fresh thyme leaves— 1
- cloves garlic - fine chopped— 2
- bay leaf (tej patta)— 1
- all spice powder— 1 teaspoon
