    To begin making the Aloo Bilahi Maas Recipe, marinate the fish pieces in 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the fish pieces from both the sides

    In the same pan, add the remaining oil, bay leaf, red chilies and cumin seeds

    Stir it for about 30 seconds

    Next add onion, garlic and little salt and saute it for about two minutes on medium heat

    After 2 minutes, add tomatoes and saute well

    Add water and mix again
