Prepare an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray.

Rinse cod fillets and pat dry.
cod fillets(1 1/2 lb) - 3
Place fish in a single layer in the baking dish.

Mix together the milk, onion, lemon pepper and parsley (add salt, if using).
1 milk(1 1/2 c)onion chopped(1)lemon pepper(1 tsp)dried parsley(1 tsp)salt to taste optionallemon juice(1 tbsp) - 5
Pour over the cod fillets.
cod fillets(1 1/2 lb) - 6
Drizzle lemon juice over top.

Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes or until fish is firm and can be flaked with a fork.

May replace the cod with your favorite whitefish.
