Brush brisket with hickory smoke on both sides.

Rub well with the 3 salts.

Marinate overnight.

Pour off half the juice and turn and bake 1 hour longer.

Pour barbecue sauce over and bake 1 hour longer.

Put in shallow baking dish covered with foil and freeze.
