    To make Bengali flower Gobhi Paturi, first wash and chop the potatoes and cabbage

    potato - chopped(1 cup)cabbage - chopped(2 cups)

    Now pour water in a saucepan and let it boil

    oil(1 tablespoon)

    After the water boils, add cauliflower and let it cook till it becomes soft

    oil(1 tablespoon)

    Drain the water and keep the cauliflower separately

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 30 seconds

    Now add cabbage, potato, turmeric powder, salt and mix

    Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are cooked
