    To make gram flour and capsicum vegetable, firstly add 2 cups of water in a saucepan

    Add capsicum to it and cook

    After the capsicum softens, take out the water and keep it aside

  4. 4

    Sieve the gram flour well and keep it aside

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add onions and cook until light brown

    Once brown, add all the spices and capsicum to it

  8. 8

    Let it cook for 2 minutes

    Now add gram flour and mix

  10. 10

    Sprinkle some water, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes

    After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve

    Serve Besan and Capsicum vegetable along with punchy lentils and phulka for dinner
