Cabbage Palya (Recipe In Hindi)

To make the cabbage palya, first cut the cabbage
cabbage - finely chopped(2 cups) - 2
Boil water in a saucepan and add cabbage
cabbage - finely chopped(2 cups) - 3
Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes

After that, drain the water and keep the cabbage separately

Now heat oil in a pan

Add feedback and let it cook for 10 seconds

After 10 seconds, add asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies and garlic
tablespoons garlic - grated(3)green chillies - finely chopped(2)tablespoons green coriander - chopped(2)curry leaves - little - 8
Cook until the garlic turns golden

After that add onion and salt and cook till the onion becomes soft
onion - finely chopped(3/4 cup)salt - as per use - 10
After it is soft add cabbage

After 1 manut, add tomatoes, coconut and coriander
tomato - finely chopped(1)tablespoons green coriander - chopped(2)coconut - grated(1/4 cup) - 12
Mix well and cook until the cabbage and tomatoes are cooked

After cooking, turn off the gas and serve hot
