To make Pal Katti Chettinad curry, first bake the saree ingredients of Chettinad paste till it turns brown

Allow to cool down and grind it well with a blender by adding a little water

Now when the oil is heated in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida and cook it
mustard(1 teaspoon)oil - to cooktablespoons coriander seeds(2)poppy poppy seeds(1 teaspoon) - 4
Now add garlic and onion and cook till it turns brown
oil - to cook - 5
Add chopped tomatoes and cook well
paneer - chopped chopped(250 grams)tomato - chopped(1)oil - to cookcoriander - finely chopped - 6
You can also add salt to cook it quickly
salt - as per tasteoil - to cook - 7
Once this curry is cooked, add cottage cheese and mix well
oil - to cooknuggets curry leaves(2)curry leaves(1) - 8
Cover it with some water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes
oil - to cook - 9
After cooking, add finely chopped coriander and mix
paneer - chopped chopped(250 grams)tomato - chopped(1)oil - to cooktablespoons coriander seeds(2)coriander - finely chopped - 10
Serve Pal Katti Chettinad Curry with Tawa Paratha as a meal
