Chinese Bhel Recipe - No Onion No Garlic
A vegetarian Fusion recipe with wheat noodles - boiled and fried, carrots (gajjar) - thinly sliced, green bell pepper (capsicum) - thinly sliced. Ready in 30 min, serves 2.

To begin making No Onion No Garlic Chinese Bhel Recipe , boil the noodles in a saucepan with hot water, a little oil and a pinch of salt
wheat noodles - boiled and fried(1 cup)tablespoons soy sauce(2)tablespoons red chilli sauce(2)salt - to taste - 2
Cook the noodles till half done
wheat noodles - boiled and fried(1 cup) - 3
In a saucepan, add oil and then add French beans and carrot strips and saute for 2 minutes
green beans (french beans) - thinly sliced(10)tablespoons soy sauce(2)tablespoons red chilli sauce(2) - 4
Now add green capsicum strips and again saute for 2 minutes
green bell pepper (capsicum) - thinly sliced(1)green beans (french beans) - thinly sliced(10) - 5
Add cabbage strips, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, and salt, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes
tablespoons soy sauce(2)tablespoons red chilli sauce(2)tomato ketchup(1 tablespoon)salt - to taste - 6
Keep this mixture aside

Deep fry the boiled noodles until golden brown, or air-fry them and once it gets to room temperature, crumble them using your hands
wheat noodles - boiled and fried(1 cup) - 8
Now add these fried noodles into the vegetable mixture and again saute for a couple of minutes
wheat noodles - boiled and fried(1 cup) - 9
Garnish Chinese Bhel with coriander leaves and serve immediately
sprig coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped for garnish(2) - 10
Serve the Chinese bhel as a great munching option during evenings along with Masala Chai
