(Note: Amount of potatoes, carrots and onions will depend on amount of meat).

Cut up corned beef, potatoes and carrots into pieces.

Put all through meat grinder.

Melt butter; add chopped onions.
or 2 cubes butter(1)yellow onions - 5
Brown and add beef, potato and carrot mixture.

Cook and stir until hot enough to serve; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Maybe served with poached egg and ketchup.
