In a small microwave-safe mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and garlic powder until smooth.
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened(1)garlic powder(1 tsp)diced swiss cheese(2 c) - 2
Stir in spinach and Swiss cheese.
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened(1)9 oz pkg frozen creamed spinach thawed(1)diced swiss cheese(2 c) - 3
Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut a 4-inch circle in the center of one loaf of bread.
