To begin making the Cucumber Mor Kuzhambu recipe, firstly add the cucumber pieces along with 1/2 cup water and salt to a saucepan
to 4 cucumber - peeled and chopped(3)salt - to taste - 2
Cook covered till the cucumber becomes just tender
to 4 cucumber - peeled and chopped(3) - 3
Grind together the coconut, ginger, chillies, mustard, coriander, turmeric in a blender to a fine paste
fresh coconut - scrapped(1/2 cup)inch ginger - chopped(1)mustard seeds(1 teaspoon)to 4 green chillies - chopped(3)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)to 6 sprig coriander (dhania) leaves(5) - 4
Add little water if required to make a fine paste

Add this coconut paste to the cucumber
to 4 cucumber - peeled and chopped(3)fresh coconut - scrapped(1/2 cup) - 6
Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes

Adjust water and salt if required
salt - to taste - 8
Add the curd and mix
to 3 tablespoons hung curd (greek yogurt)(2) - 9
Serve the Cucumber Mor Kuzhambu with steamed rice and Keerai Sambar for a comforting weekday meal
