Eggless Nutella Swirl Cupcakes Recipe

To begin making the Eggless Nutella Swirl Cupcakes recipe, firstly preheat the oven to 180โ
nutella spread(100 grams) - 2
Grease cupcake tin with some butter or cooking oil
butter(60 grams) - 3
Take a big bowl and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda twice together in it
all purpose flour (maida)(1 cup)baking powder(1 teaspoon)baking soda(1/2 teaspoon) - 4
Keep it aside

Now in a large bowl, add butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and sugar together and whisk them until combined or gets creamy texture
tablespoons condensed milk(3)butter(60 grams)milk - lukewarm(1/2 cup)vanilla extract(1 teaspoon)sugar(1 tablespoon) - 6
Now mix wet and dry ingredients together with the help of luke warm milk
tablespoons condensed milk(3)milk - lukewarm(1/2 cup) - 7
Now add vinegar and mix well
/2 vinegar(1 teaspoon) - 8
Take prepared cupcake tin or moulds and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter

Drop 1 teaspoon of nutella to each and swirl it around a few times with a toothpick

Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes

Check the cupcake by inserting a toothpick in the centre of the cake

If it comes out clean that means cupcake is ready and if not then bake it for another 2 to 3 minutes

Let the cake cool down for 3 to 4 minutes and then serve

Serve Eggless Nutella Swirl Cupcakes along with Cucumber Cheese sandwich and Masala Tea during tea time break
