Scald evaporated skim milk.
13 oz cans evaporated skim milk undiluted(2)to 8 c skim milk or reconstituted nonfat dry milk(6) - 2
Mix together sugar, egg substitute, Jell-O and salt with electric mixer, beating 5 minutes on medium to high speed.

Add hot milk gradually to egg substitute and sugar mixture.

Pour into pan and heat mixture until it coats spoon.

Pour mixture into 1 gallon ice cream freezer container.
