Instructions

Saute everything except millet and tahini for 5 minutes or until tender.
cooked millet(3 c)tahini(3 tbsp) - 2
Add to grain and add tahini.

To cook millet, toast in a pan and dry.

Add 3 3/4 cups boiling water and simmer.

Lower to low heat, cover and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
