Mix 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, walnuts, wheat germ, sugar, salt and yeast.

Heat water, yogurt and butter until hot to touch (125° to 130°).

Stir into dry mixture.

Mix only enough remaining flour to make stiff dough.

On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.

Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
