    To make the Kachumbar salad, mix cucumber, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, carrots and pomegranates in a mixing bowl

    cucumber - peel and chop(3)onion - finely chopped(1)green chili - finely chopped(1)tomatoes - chopped(2)carrot - peeled and chopped(1)pomegranate(1/4 cup)

    Mix well

    After mixing, add lemon juice, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well

    salt - as per tasteblack pepper powder - according to tastecumin powder - roast(1 teaspoon)- / 2 lemon juice(1 teaspoon)

    Now add green coriander, mint and mix well
