To begin making the Mangalorean Kundapur Taal Masala Powder Recipe, heat a pan over medium heat
turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon) - 2
Add coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds
coriander (dhania) seeds(4 tablespoon)methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)(1 tablespoon)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 tablespoon) - 3
Roast them for a few seconds until you can smell the aromas coming through

Add black peppercorns, garlic cloves and dry red chillies and roast them for another few minutes until you can see the garlic turning golden brown
