Roast nuts by placing in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until just beginning to turn brown.

Mix together sugar, cinnamon, salt and milk; microwave on High for 2 minutes.

Stir, then microwave again for 1 minute or until thickened.

Stir in vanilla and nuts, coating well.
