Mutton Keema Soup Recipe

To make Mutton Keema Soup recipe, first heat the oil in a saucepan
mutton - minced(200 grams)oil(1 tablespoon) - 2
After the oil is hot, add bay leaves, onions and cook till they become soft
onion - chopped(1)bay leaves(2)sprig of thyme leaves - optional(1)oil(1 tablespoon) - 3
After the onions are soft, add green chilies, tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft
onion - chopped(1)tomato - chopped(1)green chillies - chopped(3)tablespoons green coriander - chopped(2) - 4
After the tomatoes are soft, add ginger and cook for 1 minute
tomato - chopped(1)inch ginger - finely chopped(2) - 5
Now add mutton mince, turmeric powder, 1 cup chicken stock, mix and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes
mutton - minced(200 grams)small spoon black pepper powder(1/2)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)chicken stock - or vegetable stock or water(4 cups) - 6
After the mutton mince becomes soft, add the remaining stock, green coriander, thyme and mix

Let it cook for 5 minutes
