To prepare Prawns Coconut Curry Recipe, begin by making a paste of fennel, pepper, ginger and garlic by adding a little water
prawns - tiger prawns(500 grams)coconut milk - first extract(1/2 cup)coconut milk - second & third extract(1/2 cup)fennel seeds (saunf)(2 teaspoon)black pepper powder(1 teaspoon)sprig curry leaves(1)tamarind paste(1 teaspoon)inch ginger(1/2)cloves garlic(7)coconut oil(1 tablespoon) - 2
Heat a Kadai or meen chatty with oil

Once hot, splutter mustard seeds
fennel seeds (saunf)(2 teaspoon)mustard seeds(1 teaspoon) - 4
Add the above paste and saute till the raw smell leaves
sprig curry leaves(1)coriander (dhania) leaves(1/2 cup)tamarind paste(1 teaspoon) - 5
Add curry leaves, green chilli and chopped onions
red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)-4 green chilli(3)sprig curry leaves(1)coriander (dhania) leaves(1/2 cup)onion - medium(1) - 6
Saute till onions turn translucent
onion - medium(1) - 7
Add in chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes turn mushy

Add in tamarind paste
tamarind paste(1 teaspoon) - 9
Add coriander powder and chilli powder and mix for a minute
black pepper powder(1 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(1 tablespoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon)-4 green chilli(3)coriander (dhania) leaves(1/2 cup) - 10
Add second and third milk extract of coconut
coconut milk - first extract(1/2 cup)coconut milk - second & third extract(1/2 cup)coconut oil(1 tablespoon) - 11
Add salt and bring it to a boil
salt - to taste - 12
Add cleaned and deveined prawns
prawns - tiger prawns(500 grams) - 13
Cook for 4-5 minutes

Now add first milk extract of coconut and mix well

Do not boil
