    Heat a heavy bottomed pan or kadai with a tablespoon of oil on medium flame

    Once the oil heats up, add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle

    Add cumin seeds and peanuts and roast on medium heat until the raw peanuts get a roasted aroma and are crisp

    Once the peanuts are roasted, add the ginger, onions, green chillies and curry leaves with a little salt and sauté until transparent

    Add peas, turmeric powder, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are tender and soft

    Stir in the Murmura (Puffed Rice), coriander leaves, lemon juice and stir everything together
