Sautéed Potatoes with Spinach (Recipe in Hindi)

To make potato spinach vegetable, first we will cook the eyelid separately
spinach - washed and cut(500 grams) - 2
Heat the oil in a pan

Add the eyelid and salt and cook until the spinach is cooked
spinach - washed and cut(500 grams)salt - as per taste - 4
The water leaves when the eyelid is cooked

So cook it on high gas so that the water gets dry

After the water dries, turn off the gas and keep the eyelid aside

In the same pan heat oil again

Add cumin, ginger, onion, and onion till it becomes golden
onion - finely chopped(1)ginger - smallcumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon) - 9
After the onion turns golden, add boiled potatoes, namnamak and let it cook for 2 to 4 minutes

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala powder and salt after 2 to 4 minutes
tomatoes - finely chopped(2)turmeric powder - turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)red chili powder(1 teaspoon)cinnamon powder(1/4 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/4 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 11
Mix well

Cook for 4-5 minutes and then add the cooked spinach

Cover the pan and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes

After that, take it out in a serving bowl and serve hot
