Generously grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch cake pan; sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.

Thoroughly combine thawed strawberries and syrup with dry gelatin; set aside.
10 oz pkg frozen sliced strawberries in syrup completely thawed 2 c(2)3 oz pkg strawberry flavored gelatin(1) - 3
In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.

Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

Pour batter evenly over marshmallows, and spoon strawberry mixture evenly over batter.

Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
