Thai Style Vegetables & Raw Papaya Rice Recipe

To begin making the Thai Style Vegetables & Raw Papaya Rice Recipe, heat oil in a kadai on medium flame, add ginger and garlic, saute for 30 seconds until it has slightly changed the color
cooked rice(2 cup)raw papaya - grated(1 cup)inch ginger - grated(1)cloves garlic - chopped(4)thai yellow curry paste(4 tablespoon) - 2
Once that is done, you can add chopped bell peppers and saute for a couple of minutes
yellow bell pepper (capsicum) - chopped(1)red bell pepper (capsicum) - chopped(1)cloves garlic - chopped(4) - 3
Add chopped cabbage and sprinkle some salt and saute till the cabbage becomes slightly soft
yellow bell pepper (capsicum) - chopped(1)red bell pepper (capsicum) - chopped(1)cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - grated(1 cup)cloves garlic - chopped(4)salt - to taste - 4
After the cabbage is cooked you can now add grated papaya and saute till they turn soft
cooked rice(2 cup)raw papaya - grated(1 cup)cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - grated(1 cup)inch ginger - grated(1) - 5
Add thai yellow curry paste and mix it well into the vegetables
yellow bell pepper (capsicum) - chopped(1)thai yellow curry paste(4 tablespoon) - 6
At this stage you can add the cooked rice and toss well into the vegetables and check for salt
cooked rice(2 cup)salt - to taste - 7
If the seasoning is perfect, switch off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves and peanuts and serve hot
