Open all the cookies and spread icing on each side.

On one side of the cookie, press the candy corn, fat end toward the edges to form tail feathers.

On the other cookie side, press the malted milk ball into the icing to form the turkey's body, then press the red hot in front of the malted milk ball to form its "beard." Using icing as "glue," attach the "tail" half to the "body" half.
