Tofu Scramble Recipe
A high protein Fusion recipe with tofu - extra firm, onion - finely chopped, cloves garlic - finely chopped. Ready in 25 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Tofu Scramble Recipe, heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan
tofu - extra firm(200 grams)extra virgin olive oil(1 tablespoon) - 2
Add the garlic and onions and saute until the onions are lightly caramelized
onion - finely chopped(1)cloves garlic - finely chopped(3) - 3
Once done add the tomatoes, green chilies and saute until the tomatoes become soft
tomato - finely chopped(1)green chillies - finely chopped(2) - 4
After the tomatoes are soft stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and saute for a few seconds
tomato - finely chopped(1)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)cumin powder (jeera)(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon) - 5
Finally stir in the crumbed tofu, add salt and pepper and combine well
tofu - extra firm(200 grams)salt and pepper - to taste - 6
Check the salt and spices and adjust to suit your taste
salt and pepper - to taste - 7
Cover the pan and simmer for a minute and turn off the heat

Finally stir in the chopped parsley leaves
