We begin making the Udupi Style Alsande Kayi Saaru Recipe (Long Beans Gravy Recipe) by pressure cooking the long beans in a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water for about 1 whistle
long string bean (chavli) - chopped(1 cup)tamarind water(1/2 cup) - 2
In the meantime, dry roast the ingredients to be ground

Now open the cooker once all the pressure is released

Add the powdered masala, tamarind and salt to taste

Then add the dry red chilli also
dry red chilli(4)dry red chilli(1) - 9
Once aroma is released pour it over the curry and serve
