To begin making the Vazhaithandu Neer Mor recipe, peel the outer skin of plantain stem

Chop the inner part of the stem coarsely and grind it in a mixer grinder with about 200 ml water

Filter the juice with a thin cotton cloth

Filtering with the regular metallic strainers might not work out

Mix yogurt, hing, salt, lemon and curry leaves
