In a bowl, add the boiled potatoes, sprinkle salt, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, a tablespoon of butter and some chopped coriander leaves

Using a fork, mash the potatoes well and check the seasoning and adjust to suit your taste

Keep the mashed potato mixture aside
