In a shallow bowl, combine the cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
grated parmesan cheese(1/3 c)all-purpose flour(2 tbsp)paprika(1/2 tsp)salt(1/4 tsp)pepper(0.1 tsp) - 2
I put mine in a Ziploc to mix.

In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
egg(1)milk(2 tbsp) - 4
Dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture.

Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until flaky.
