To make Broccoli and Potato Poriyal, first prepare all the ingredients
broccoli - cut into small(1 pieces) - 2
In this vegetable we will cook potatoes and broccoli separately
broccoli - cut into small(1 pieces)potatoes - peel and cut into wedges(3) - 3
Now heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds and cook for 10 seconds
mustard(1/2 teaspoon) - 5
After this add the potatoes and salt and cook till the potatoes become soft

Once the potatoes are cooked, add turmeric powder and red chili powder to it

Cook for 2 minutes and separate the potatoes in a plate

Add some more oil to the same pan
