    To make Broccoli Capsicum Junka, prepare all the ingredients first

    broccoli - finely chopped(1 cup)capsicum (green) - finely chopped(1/2)capsicum (red) - finely chopped(1/2)

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and cook it for 10 seconds

    After 10 seconds, add both capsicum, cabbage, broccoli and cook till the vegetables are cooked

    Add red chili powder, gram flour, water in a bowl and mix well
