To make Broccoli Capsicum Junka, prepare all the ingredients first
broccoli - finely chopped(1 cup)capsicum (green) - finely chopped(1/2)capsicum (red) - finely chopped(1/2) - 2
Now heat oil in a pan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 3
Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and cook it for 10 seconds
cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)asafoetida(1/4 teaspoon) - 4
After 10 seconds, add both capsicum, cabbage, broccoli and cook till the vegetables are cooked
broccoli - finely chopped(1 cup)cabbage - finely chopped(1/2 cup)capsicum (green) - finely chopped(1/2)capsicum (red) - finely chopped(1/2) - 5
Add red chili powder, gram flour, water in a bowl and mix well
turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)gram flour(1/4 cup)water(1/2 cup) - 6
Keep it aside

After the vegetables are cooked, add gram flour solution and mix well
gram flour(1/4 cup) - 8
Cook until gram flour is cooked (it will take at least 4 to 5 minutes)

Add salt to it and mix
