Cauliflower Matar Bhurji (Recipe in Hindi)

To make cabbage pea bhurji, first boil water
cabbage(1) - 2
Add cabbage pieces to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Remove water from it and finely chop it
onion - finely chopped(1)tomato - finely chopped(1) - 4
Now put it in the food processor and bark at once

Now heat oil in a pan

Add grated cauliflower and fry it for 5 minutes

Keep it separately

Now heat oil in another pan and add finely chopped onions
onion - finely chopped(1)tomato - finely chopped(1) - 9
Cook till the onion becomes soft and then add ginger garlic paste
onion - finely chopped(1)ginger garlic paste(1 teaspoon) - 10
Cook for 1 minute and then add tomatoes to it
tomato - finely chopped(1) - 11
Cook till the tomatoes are soft and then add peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt
green peas(1 cup)tomato - finely chopped(1)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as per use - 12
Let it cook for 5 minutes

Cover the pan and cook until the cauliflower is cooked

Add some garam masala, mix and serve hot

Serve cabbage peas bhurji with dal fry and tawa paratha for dinner
