    To begin making the Cheesy Chicken Tikka Recipe, thoroughly wash and clean the chicken

    *For the first marination:To marinate the chicken, in a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, and lemon juice

    Cover and rest for 15-20 minutes

    *For the second marination:In another bowl, combine the egg, cheese, cream, corn flour, green chilli, coriander leaves, nutmeg powder, mace powder, garam masala powder, and salt

    After 15-20 minutes add the marinated chicken in the second marination mix

    Mix well, cover and rest for at least 4-6 hours in the refrigerator

    You can cook this tikka either in oven or on stove top

    *Oven Method:Preheat the oven at 180 C

    Put an aluminum foil on the baking tray

    Take wooden or metal skewer

    Grease them with oil/butter

    Now stick the marinated chicken pieces on the skewer, preferably 4 to 5 pieces on 1 skewer
