    To begin making Chilli Egg recipe, cook the eggs to a hard boiled consistency

    Take a bowl and mix 2 teaspoons of cornflour, ginger paste, soya sauce, salt and pepper

    Coat the hard boiled eggs with this above mixture and keep it aside

    Heat a wok with 2 teaspoons of oil and fry the eggs till the eggs get coated with the mixture

    Scoop out the eggs and keep them aside on a plate

    To make the gravy, in a bowl, mix 3 teaspoons of water and corn flour

    Turn on the wok, add some oil and fry ginger, garlic, green chillies, and onions

    Bring the mixture to a boil and let the mixture reduce to a semi thick consistency
