    To begin making the Stir Fried Water Chestnuts recipe, firstly heat olive oil in a pan

    extra virgin olive oil - to taste

    Once the oil is hot, add the water chestnuts

    After 1 minute, add garlic, mix and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
