Chinese Vegetarian Fried Rice With Apples Recipe
A vegetarian Chinese recipe with basmati rice, apples - diced, red yellow or green bell pepper (capsicum) - finely chopped. Ready in 50 min, serves 4.

To prepare Chinese Vegetarian Fried Rice With Apples Recipe, soak basmati rice for 25-30 minutes
basmati rice(2 cups)apples - diced(2) - 2
Then cook rice with enough water
basmati rice(2 cups)water - as needed - 3
Once the rice is cooked, spread it on a plate and allow to cool down completely

Heat oil in a pan

Add the cashews, raisins and fry them till golden

Take out from oil and set aside

To the same pan, add shredded ginger

Mix gently without breaking rice grains on high flame for a minute
